How much time do I need per week?
Coaching requires 2–3 focused sessions per week. Each is designed for maximum impact with minimal time, so it fits even into demanding schedules.

Do I need access to a gym?A gym is recommended for best results, but programs can be adapted to the equipment you have available. If a gym is not an option, at least a barbell or dumbbells are necessary.

What makes this different from standard online coaching?
Most online coaching relies on impersonal apps, copy-paste programs, and the management of hundreds of clients at once. This approach often creates noise, confusion, and little accountability.

My coaching is the opposite: it is limited, highly personal, and fully tailored to your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. You work directly with me – no assistants, no generic templates.
